These little pocket-sized bites of cookies and cream cheesecake with CBD are just the size for the perfect morsel. Contrary to the name, this dish is gluten-free and vegan so those with dietary restrictions need not fear.
For non-vegans, the almond butter in the recipe can be replaced with regular butter. Also, if Oreos is something you already like, this cheesecake will be sure to tingle your tongue.
One or two helpings of this cookie and cream cheesecake will give you a healthy dose of CBD to carry you through your day.

Ingredients
- 1cup cream cheese
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup almond butter (or normal butter for a non-vegan option)
- 4 tablespoons cacao (powdered)
- 1 tablespoon flax blended with 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (gluten free version if possible)
- 5 drops of vanilla extract
- CBD oil as per recommended dosage
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300˚F
- In a mixing bowl, combie the cacao powder, almond flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
- Add in the coconut oil and flax egg and blend together.
- Place the kneaded dough on a baking sheet and spread out evenly. Use a cookie cutter to cut cookie shapes about 1-2 inches wide.
- Transfer onto a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Crumble the cookies and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese, almond butter, and CBD oil and mix will.
- Fold the crumbled cookies into this mixture.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out a ball from the mixture. Drop the ball into the remaining crumbled cookie mixture till completely covered with cheese.
- Once done, set the completed cookie balls into a separate tray and allow to cool in a fridge or freezer.
