This healthy CBD-Infused Steak and Vegetable Bowl recipe is quick and simple to cook. The CBD-infused steak is a great way to include proteins into your diet along with healthy greens and pure CBD isolate.
Ingredients
The Steak
- 1 rib-eye steak. You can cook it well done, medium-rare, or rare based on your preference.
The Vegetables
- 1 large sweet potato cut into cubes
- ½ red onions cut into cubes
- 2 handfuls of kale with the stems removed
- 250 grams of chopped broccoli with the stems removed
- 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper or to taste
Chickpeas
- 1 can (400 grams) chickpeas. Drain, rinse, and pat dry.
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper or to taste
Sauce
- 50 grams Tahini
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1 tablespoon agave
- .2 grams of pure CBD isolate
Instructions
For the vegetables
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay out the onions and sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Use a brush to coat them with olive oil.
- Roast for up to 10 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a hot, heavy bottom skillet. Add chickpeas and saute for 10 minutes. Be sure that you constantly stir the chickpeas to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
- Flip the onions and sweet potatoes in the oven. At this time you can add the broccoli and roast for another 10 minutes.
- When done, remove the vegetables from the oven and add in the kale. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Roast for another 5 minutes.
For the Sauce
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, add the CBD oil, and blend well together.
Serve the steak and vegetables on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
