Recipe – Healthy CBD Oil Gummies


  • 1 cup sour cherry juice
  • 2 tablespoons unprocessed honey
  • ¼ cup gelatin powder
  • CBD oil as per directions on the label



  • Pour the cherry juice into a saucepan and simmer over medium heat.
  • Gradually add the gelatin powder into the juice while stirring constantly till completely mixed.
  • Add the unprocessed honey.
  • Reduce heat and stir constantly.
  • In about 2-3 minutes the gelatin should be completely dissolved leaving a smooth mixture.
  • Remove from heat and add the CBD oil.
  • To set, pour the mixture into greased molds or a greased baking tray.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden.

The CBD-oil gummies can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

For best effects, consume 1-2 gummies between 30 mins to an hour before bedtime.
