The Recipe

Serving Size – 2

  • 2 cups of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil 
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey or maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of finely ground 
    • Black pepper, 
    • Nutmeg, and 
    • Clove
  • CBD Oil (as per prescribed dosage)



  • Simply add milk, spices, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, pour into cups and add the CBD oil (as per prescribed dosage) and stir.
